PROJECT-SUPPLY STAGES
Quotation Stage
Comprehensive offers and proposal drawings are created and issued at this stage, with prompt revisions as necessary. Negotiation of the contract, specifications, site survey, and delivery schedule also occur. This stage concludes with the signing of the offer, approval of commercial terms, and the commencement of procurement of raw materials upon receipt of the down payment or advance payment.
Contract Stage
Submission of approval drawings and column reactions with anchor bolt layout. Prompt resubmission of revised approval drawings and design calculations if required. Submission of change orders, if any. This stage concludes with the signing of approval drawings, change orders, and the completion of pending payments.
Fabrication Stage
Creation of detailed fabrication drawings for factory use. Material purchase and inventory recovery, followed by quality fabrication. Production sequencing aligned with the site erection plan. Preparation of erection drawings before shipment stages and in phases. This stage concludes with the completion of production for each phase and the settlement of pending payments.
Shipment Stage
Early shipment of anchor bolts after approval of anchor bolt layout. Complete shipment of each erection phase with clear, complete packing lists and bills of material. Provision of clear erection drawings.
On-Site Installation Stage
Inspection of materials, quantities, drawings, and documentation. Confirmation of no damage during loadout or shipment, with touch-up paint if required. Reliable fit-up and installation, ensuring ease of erection. Frequent reporting and on-site erection coordination by SBS to ensure accurate installation and safe erection methods. This stage concludes upon completion of the installation of each phase.
