- About SBS
SANA Group, founded in 2007 by Dr. Eng. Alaa Alghadban and Mr. Mouin Alghadban, began its journey in Nigeria, initially focusing on the design and construction of industrial projects, including factories for the food and heavy industries. Over time, the group expanded through strategic investments in human resources, technology, and machinery, establishing itself as a trusted contractor known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
From early projects valued at $500,000, SANA Group expanded its operations beyond Nigeria, entering other African markets in 2013. This success led to the rebranding as SANA Global Projects Ltd, reflecting its broader global outlook. The company also established a real estate development division in Syria, focusing on high-rise towers and factories, while also developing a design office in Damascus.
The group remains committed to value creation in every market it serves, ensuring sustainability and excellence across all its operations.

Leading the Way in Sustainable Construction
Green Initiatives at SBS West Africa
At We Green, as part of our initiative, we are committed to tree planting on our project sites. Additionally, we plant a tree in the name of each of our clients within our factory garden, as well as thousands of trees around the world. This initiative is a key aspect of our Oxygen Recovery Plan, which offsets carbon dioxide emissions by generating an equivalent amount of oxygen. Through these efforts, we aim to create a positive environmental impact and a greener future.
Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility
We are dedicated to introducing innovative techniques and technologies to fulfill this commitment. Our initiatives include cutting-edge technologies in the Nigerian market, such as Steel Fiber flooring, Cobiax flooring systems, armored joints, special floor hardeners, LWBS Light Weight Building Systems, and SEB Self-Erected Building systems. These advancements are specifically designed to mitigate CO2 emissions while delivering contemporary, safe, durable, and resilient buildings.
