The building consists of six areas with varying dimensions and features: Areas 1-4 are multi-span, characterized by roof slopes of 1:10 and clear heights of 13 meters. Areas 5 and 6 are lean-tos, each with unique dimensions. All areas are equipped with roof skylights, Aluzinc-coated steel, and fiberglass insulation.
